Hello Sunny,
I found this company called DeepSea about a year ago and I bought an on-hull light for myself and my friend bought a thru-hull light. You can check them out for their different products, I listed their website in the sources. My on-hull light is still working, I never had any problems yet, and it was relatively easy to install. If you search on Google I'm pretty sure you'll find some companies. From personal experience though I would suggest DeepSea.
