The amount of what to take is up to you and depends on the trip's duration – you don't need a convoy of elephants.
Moreover, you can purchase some of the stuff abroad and avoid over-carrying.

Prohibitions

There is a strict rule no to take weapons (pistols, pocket knives, scissors, etc) or any other thing that can be used as a weapon, like acid, toxics, contagious materials, liquids, gases, oxygen, flammable or radioactive products.
This is also a strict rule not to take drugs or work as a courier.

Tips
